How Digital Notarization Works:
Secure Video Sessions: Your signing is completed via a secure, encrypted live video feed using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. A working camera, microphone, and stable internet connection are required.
Florida Statutory Identity Verification: Before your session begins, Florida law requires you to successfully complete a secure digital identity verification process. This includes automated Credential Analysis of your ID and Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) security questions.
What to Have Ready: Please have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) accessible to upload during the verification process.
Booking & Session Payment Terms:
Secure Session Creation: Scheduling an appointment automatically generates your secure BlueNotary digital session and instantly emails your private meeting details.
30-Minute Payment Window: To finalize your reserved time slot, full payment is required within 30 minutes of booking. Unpaid session links are automatically canceled and released to other clients.
Additional Session Fees: Your baseline checkout fee covers the specific documents selected during booking. If your session requires additional digital stamps, extra notarizations, or document witnesses, secondary fees will apply at the time of execution.

✨ First Stamp Included: All travel tiers include your first official notarial act (stamp). Additional stamps during the same appointment are billed at the standard Florida statutory limit of $10 per act.
✨ Flexible Travel Rates: Travel fees for mobile notary services vary based on exact location and time of day. Appointments requested outside standard business hours (before 10:00 AM, after 8:00 PM) or on major holidays are subject to an additional after-hours convenience fee. Please call for a precise quote.
✨ Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable $25 Mobile Appointment Reservation Fee is required at the time of booking to secure your requested travel window. This deposit is applied in full toward your final mobile invoice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or failure to appear with valid photo identification at the meeting location, will result in the reservation fee being retained by Pinnacle Notary, LLC.
